Tanya Pavez CAHRI
Tanya possesses 20 years of experience across the Mining, Resources and Marine industries, specialising in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Industrial and Employee Relations and Community Engagement.
For over a decade, Tanya has held business leadership positions as the Head of HR for several companies as a valued member of their Executive Committees. She possesses substantial and expert industrial and employee relations experience and has driven many complex and successful negotiations and restructures.
Tanya has both national and international experience within operational and corporate environments, including substantial experience working in the Pilbara region. Tanya has held positions with Hudson Global Resources, Newcrest Mining, Kagara Mining, Leighton Contractors and Engage Marine (Westug).
She is a values-driven person, with the unique ability to develop initiatives that meet both strategic and commercial objectives. She actively engages with all stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for both a business and its people. She is proactive, approachable and believes her number one attribute is her ability to adapt her style to develop and maintain authentic, productive and valuable long-term relationships.
With a genuine passion for driving diversity, Tanya has spent many years of her career developing and creating opportunities for the communities in which she has operated. She has built positive and productive relationships with community leaders and has worked proactively with these leaders to create opportunities to provide sustainable opportunities, employment and development.
Tanya is proactive and passionate about giving back to her profession. In this capacity, she is a Mentor through the Australian HR Institute and involved in the Australian Human Resource Institute and the HR Executive Forum.

Natasha brings extensive experience in human resources, which arises from an impressive career in senior Human Resource roles spanning over a decade.
Natasha has held several senior HR positions in the mining and resources sector, with past employers including Consolidated Minerals, Goldfields and Cape Crushing. Her areas of expertise include industrial relations, employee relations, remuneration and benefits, leadership development, culture, engagement, satisfaction, performance management and performance facilitation. She has also successfully negotiated multiple enterprise agreements.
Natasha considers roles where she can be an agent for significant organisational change the most challenging and rewarding. She has driven effective cost-cutting initiatives, organisational redesigns, restructures and bulk workforce recruitment campaigns to mention but a few, all while mitigating risk and ensuring best practice.
A graduate from Murdoch University in Human Resource Management, Natasha is passionate about applying her expertise to Magnetic People’s client organisations.
Rosanna Dixon CPHR
Principal HR Consultant
Rosanna is a Certified Practitioner of Human Resources from Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI) who has worked exclusively as a Senior Leader in the Mining Industry for the past eight years.
Prior to entering the mining industry, she worked in aviation, hospitality and tourism and agency recruitment giving her a solid background from which to draw her professional experience.
Rosanna enjoys working with leaders to positively influence the culture of an organisation through strategic initiatives as she is passionate about employee engagement and creating an inclusive and diverse workplace. Her work in the mining industry has included the oversight of large scale recruitment campaigns to support the mobilisation of major projects, as well as the preparation and negotiation of complex enterprise agreements.
Rosanna’s areas of expertise include industrial relations, employee relations, remuneration and benefits, leadership development, organisational design, culture, employee engagement and satisfaction, inclusion and diversity, talent acquisition, performance management and performance facilitation.
Michelle has over ten years’ experience in generalist human resources roles in the not for profit, education and resources sectors, with past employers including Mitsui & Co and Neptune Marine Services.
Michelle is passionate about organisational change and enabling organisations to manage staff effectively and respectfully. Her areas of expertise encompass industrial relations, including the negotiation of enterprise bargaining agreements; employee engagement; employee relations; change management and remuneration and benefits. Michelle brings a considered approach to every situation and places a priority on building relationships with personnel at all levels to achieve effective, powerful and long-lasting outcomes.
Kristen has a background in psychology and worked as a Clinical Psychologist for several years before joining Magnetic People.
She has always been drawn to people-centric career pathways. During her psychology studies, she worked as a behavioural therapist primarily with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and enjoyed implementing interventions to support children and their families.
Kristen applies her knowledge in psychology to effectively engage people, consider management issues from a variety of perspectives and improve individual and team performance, both within Magnetic People and our client organisations.
